Illness And Return To Work Note:
Physician can easily create detailed Illness and Return to Work Notes by selecting from a list of available options.
They can indicate when they saw the patient, how long the patient will be unable to work (with the option to choose an uncertain or specific date),
when the patient can return to regular or modified duties (with the option to select a specific date or estimated time frame), and when a re-assessment should take place (with the option to choose a specific date or estimated time frame). Additionally, Physician can add any necessary notes.
Referral Notes:
Physicians have the ability to indicate the date of prescription and include diagnoses in referral notes.
Enhanced Service Request
- Service request count preview popup: Get a quick overview of service request counts with a preview popup.
- Expandable Service Request view: Easily expand and view detailed information within the Service Request view.
- Copy prescription stamp: Conveniently duplicate prescription stamps for quicker workflow.
